About Me:

Camille Ford is known for her passion in seeking out and masterfully finding the best a person or place has to offer.  Her knowledge and down to earth style while traveling all over the world can be seen as a TV host on Networks including Travel Channel, HGTV, Food Network, Spike, and CBS. (to name a few…)  She hosts a multitude of web series with viewership over 20 million in total and climbing. 

“After growing up in the Wild West, I decided to settle down and travel the world. Often broke, but never broken, I learned life always rewards kindness and curiosity. Most importantly the magic of listening… even if you can’t actually speak the language. On a more practical note along the way I also became quite good at how to free dive, scuba dive, down hill and back country ski, enduro MTB, mountaineer, hunt, ride western, SUP, hydrofoil, forage, fell trees, rides motorcycles, drive a boat, doula, basic mycology, bee keep, arm wrestle, rock climb, weld, sword fight, taxidermy, medicinal botany, belly dance ( whew! those Bedouins!). Although my background in collegiate debate and being an adventure guide has mostly been used for good, it has led me to be arrested in multiple countries (nothing bad dearies… just sneaking into ancient ruins or debating the wrong prince). I am a Teddy Roosevelt history buff, book worm, and have a few other ticks up my sleeve, wait, did that say ticks?!, no no I meant tricks, but yeah ticks… those too.”

What sets Camille apart is her fearlessness, wilds sense of humor, and passionate aptitude of absorbing as much knowledge about a topic as possible- then quickly placing the pieces into the mysterious puzzle of our lives. She is inspired by Gertrude Bell, Isabella Bird, and Teddy Roosevelt.
